Regression test sun/tools/debug/StepWithConcurrentPrintlns.java Failing on JDK122h on WinNT, Win98 and Sol2.6

Note: this test failing only on solaris and passing fine on all other platforms.
      when ran manually test seems passing . May be related to JDK1.1.5 as
      harness running under jdk1.1.5 , tests are running under JDK1.2FCS-M,
      and the test runner got OutOfMemoryError.
