Using a Pentium system:

when running win_nt_4.0:
  javakey -cs jr true
  javakey -gk jr DSA 512 pub pvt
takes roughly the same amount of time using
either JDK 1.1.6 or 1.1.7 (23 to 25 seconds).

When I switch over to run win_95 on the same hardware:
 javakey -cs jr true
 javakey -gk jr DSA 512 pub pvt
took 35 seconds using JDK 1.1.6
and took 17 min 51 sec (1071 seconds) with JDK 1.1.7

Why is javakey a factor of 30 slower in 1.1.7 on win_95?
