Currently, when you click in the "troth" of a scrollbar, in a scrollpane, containing a JList the list scrolls by "one page". The HI designers (ie Chris and Don) have decided that "one page - one list item" is the correct behavior for Metal. I also checked on Windows and this seems to be the correct behavior there as well. We should fix our BasicListUI class (or whatever is repsonsible for this) to do this.
