JISAutoDetect converter doesn't convert encoding mixed web pages

      There are some web sites in Japan that uses mutiple encodings (e.g., ISO-2022-JP + SJIS) in a single web page (HTML file). Currently, JISAutoDetect converter (or any of the Japanese code converters) can't handle this case.
