JCK-12a InputContextTests failing on Win95/Japanese.

The JCK-12a test is:
api/java_awt/InputMethod/InputContextTests.html#getInstanceTests

Verified as a valid timeout failure with JDK1.2 FCS-O build. Test was run manually with Javatest.

This tests is failing only on Win95/Japanese machine. The test does not fail on standard English versions of Win95, Win98, or WinNT. A WinNT/Japanese machine is not avail. for us to try out on.

The tests fails due to a timeout error. The failure was not introduced in FCS-O, but has just been verified as a valid timeout failure.

The failing JTR file from the test is attached:
InputContextTests_getInstanceTests.jtr

The failure needs to be investigated for JDK1.2FCS as it may be a required JCK test that needs to pass.

Turns out this is a problem with a long running JCK test that times out on
a slow PC.
The JCK test has been updated and this bug may be closed.
