In Windows, when I pull-down a menu and want to cancel the pull-down, I can click anywhere on the screen EXCEPT the menu.
 With Swing, I can only click on the "meat" of the window (not elsewhere on the screen or on the title bar). This causes the pull-downs to be too sticky.

To be "windows-platform-consistent", shouldn't the pull-downs should rise up as soon as they lose focus.
