Printing text after lines overwrites lines: 1.1 printing api

      JDK Version: JDK 1.2 RC1 for Windows NT
      OS Version: Windows NT 4, patch 3 and 4

      It seems that printing does not work with RC1. The only parts that are
      printed is text. Attached is a simple program that should print a
      rectangle and some text. It only prints "Hello".
