The registry key settings for JDK 1.1.7x have been changed so that they
no longer conform to the guidelines specified in the JRE documentation
at URL http://www.javasoft.com/products/jdk/1.1/runtime.html. The new
registry settings are also inconsistent with the settings for JRE 1.1.7x.
