The special internal frame mode where the frame is only drawn as an "XOR'ed outline" is intended to speed up
MDI GUI's. However it only works for translation and not for resize. This is not only non-standard, it only partially solves
the problem. Also, it would be nice if the XOR frame were speckled and thicker, like in Windows 98/NT, so that it could
be viewed against any background.
