The rmi tool, rmiregistry, should be localized to the JA-locale.

      The RMI tool, rmiregistry, needs to be localized to the JA-locale in the JDK1.2.2 "Cricket" release.

      There are approx. one mesgs/strings that will need to be localized for this tool.

      Note: This tool will not be internationalized until 1.2.2. A fix for this change exists but will not be integrated until that release.
