Components don't respond to WM_SYSCOLORCHANGED messages

If one goes to the control panel, display,
appearance, and then one changes either the
colours OR the font sizes/types, these changes
propagate into a JDialog and JFrame just fine,
but do not sub-propagate into the components
contained in the J-Container.
