Our Win32 DLLs do not contain VERSION_INFO resources. When you right click
on any DLL and select properties it would be nice to have a version tab
where one could see the File Version.

This would be very useful from a support perspective to catch configurations
where people has updated DLLs. Also maybe useful for the new community open
source model when there are a lot more people working with the code.
