      TitledBorder does not provide a MIDDLE
      vertical alignment or "TitlePosition". It should
      provide this to allow the using it for form layout.

      The most comon type of form layout is:

      Title1: Field1
      Title2: Field2
      Title3: Field3

      Currently this cannot be accomplished using
      TitleBorder.
