I've got a JTabbedPane, with the default background color, which is a child of a JPanel that
 has a different background color. This makes a box the color of the JPanels background
 appear around the edge of the JTabbedPane, creating a line between the tabs and the
panel. It breaks the "seamless" look that the selected tab should have.
