In Swing 1.1 beta 2 you have added the option for
"Outline" dragging of internal frames. I find it
is a good idea, because running a swing application with complex frames on computers with pretty slow graphics card is a nightmare.

However, this option is active only while moving the frames, not while resizing them.
Resizing a frames takes much longer than moving it because the layout has to be computed again. That would be great to enable "outline" resizing
too.
