JTabbedPane will not accept EmptyBorder (cannot remove "extra" beveled border)

      This is probably an addendum to bug # 4162043. JTabbedPane
      will not accept an EmptyBorder(0,0,0,0).

      Also, if you put a BevelBorder around it, you get a double
      BevelBorder.

         tp.setLocation(20,20);
         getContentPane().add(tp);

         setSize(300,300);
         show();

       }
