I have a somewhat narrow JDialog box with some buttons/text/etc.
in it, and the stuff in the JDialog box has some fairly large
tooltips (such that when displayed, the tooltip is wider on
the screen than the JDialog is).

This worked fine w/Swing 1.0.3 (both JDK 1.1.7B and 1.2), but
does not work with Swing 1.1 (again, both of the above JDKs).
