Please enhance JList so that it can be an Editable JList.
The javadoc to javax.swing.CellEditor even refers to this,
"Having this interface enables complex components (the client
of the editor) such as JList, JTree, and JTable to allow any
generic editor to edit values in a table cell, or tree cell, etc."

It would be a great thing that JList supports custom editions features.
We often need this fonctionnality and are obliged to use a single-column JTable
to achieve this, moreover, nearly all L3G+/L4G offer this feature.
