The JDK 1.1.5 does not recognize the charsets
EUC-JP, ISO-2022-KR, and EUC-KR.

All three are listed at
http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/character-sets
as preferred MIME types.

Because these charsets are commonly used on the
Web, it is very important for servlets to be
able to output them. i.e. currently there is no
good way for a servlet to output Korean Web
content that is to be read in Netscape.
