On JDK1.2.2 E build, any drag-n-drop test on win95 (not on NT) shows this problem.
In order to identify the problem, we tried dnd on 4 win95 machines, 2 machines don't have the problem, 2 machines do. Maybe there is something to do with the specific video drives. However, the previous release JDK1.2 FCS doesn't have the problem on all these machines.
This is a regression problem that needs to be fixed in order for the cursor animation to work with drag-n-drop operations.
