Font encoding problems with Arabic 2D classes on Arabic Windows95

On Windows95 Arabic, when Sun's Lucida Sans Regular font is used with the 2D class tests canvasA, panelA, imageA and insetsA, non-Arabic glyphs are displayed. The same applets display the Arabic text correctly in English or Hebrew Windows. On non-Arabic windows the 2D test applets work correctly. (Need to try with Tahoma and Cyberbit.)

The 2D test applets canvas, panel, image, insets display correct Hebrew characters and correct word order, whether in Hebrew Windows95 or non-Hebrew Windows95.
