    It is related to the fix for 4152317 FileDialog always shows English
word "All Files (*.*) in all countries The localization support that is
needed for that fix is already integrated into Cricket, and dummy entry
"allFiles" is added to awtLocalization_ja.properties.
    Now this file should be updated to contain actually localized "All Files"
message.
