The "Swatches" color picker lets you choose white, but not black.
The bottom row swatches all have R, G, or B value of 51. This is
hard to tell from the small swatch size, so the user may not
realize it's not quite black until the color has been applied to
whatever is being colored, which is quite annoying, and greatly
detracts from the usefulness of the swatch picker (not to mention
making my application look dumb). Please correct this oversight!
