In JDK1.2.1 build J, zh & zh.GBK locale,
Display chinese character horizontally , appear garbage.
reproduce:
1. save the attached file to locale, un-tar the file.
2. run Draw2DStringFrame.
3. Window launch, can see chinese character display as garbage, label in bottom , display "0".
4. adjust JSlider, let rotation degree equal to other degree, can see chinese character display correctly.
only -360,0,360, cann't get right display.
