If you drag a window over of this applet launched by appletviewer. It does not refresh properly and leaves garbage on top of the applet.

Steps to repro:
  1. launch this applet: appletviewer *.html
    {/usr/local/java/jdk1.2.1/solaris/demo/applets/ArcTest/}
  2. Simple drag a window over it.
