JDK1.2.1 build "L", WinNT 4.0 Japanese.

Cannot input '_' (\u005F) on TextArea/TextField by using Japanese 106 keyboard. When using ANSI(101) keyboard '_' can be input. The problem seems unique to Japanese extended keyboard.

To confirm, run "IMFTest" and type "_" on below most text area. To the other light weight component, it works.
