In 1.1.8 can Component.getCursor sometimes return null? Previously it
never would, and we're now getting reports of problems with client code
(including some Symantec classes that come with Visual Cafe) that
dereferences the cursor without checking for null. Apparently Chan&Lee
also states that getCursor never returns null.
