ThreadLocal class description should say "thread-local"

      The first sentence of the class description of
      java.lang.ThreadLocal makes no sense:

          This class provides ThreadLocal variables.

      That occurrence of the Java identifier "ThreadLocal" should
      be the English word (or hyphenated phrase?) "thread-local".


      Also, the uses of "ThreadLocal" in the second paragraph would
      clearer and more accurate if they were "ThreadLocal object".
