The API-documentation for the method

  java.lang.SecurityManager.checkTopLevelWindow()

is erroneous. The method does *never* throw a
SecurityException. Furthermore, the phrase

  "The checkSetFactory method for class SecurityManager
  always returns false."

is meaningless and should be deleted from the documentation.
