First observed with Kestrel build A on win98. [If access to a win98 machine is needed, you can find one in the JFC lab. Ask Nancy Schorr, x53280]
To observe this, run the "Beetle" tool as follows:
1. Bring over the tool from /home/psqe/JDK/JDK1.2/AWT/Functional/Beetle
2. Compile it and run java Beetle
3. Hit the "eye" button to load a test
4. Scroll the first page by dragging the vertical scrollbar's knob
Document's background becomes dirty.
