Hi,

I would like to see GSM Codec implemented into the Java Sound API. I
have been working on converting the data from gsm to au and came across
the Java Sound API (which already help my efforts).

The GSM codec is widely used through Europe's Mobile Communications
industry and provides excellent speech quality for it's size. An
