      * pointer changes for resizing and stays that way (JDK 1.1.8) *

If you move your pointer to the divider between the TOC and
Content panes in Javahelp's apiviewer or UserGuide (demo apps),
the pointer changes shape, as it should.

But with JDK 1.1.8, the shape remains when the pointer is
moved back to the content or TOC panes, and it's difficult
to make it change back. It should change back immediately.

So far I've seen this on Solaris and Win98.

Was advised to log this as a Swing bug, though it may
ultimately turn out to be an AWT bug.

I just tested JavaHelp 1.0 fcs with JDK 1.2.2 rc1. The
pointer bug appears with this JDK on WinNT and Solaris.
It did not occur with JDK 1.2.1. (I'm told that Swing
1.1.1 beta2 is included with this JDK beta. True?)

This is a regression on 1.2.2 and has a major impact on JavaHelp's Field-Level Help implementation. We need to get a fix for this before 1.2.2 ships. Plesee donot wait until 1.2.2 closes to evaluate.
