        OS : NT only. (95/98 n/a)

        After installing JDK/JRE in NT under one user(w/Admin rights), you cannot get the Plugin control panel to launch under a different user(with and without Admin rights) in NT.

        NOTE: noticed Plugin control panel being installed as personal instead of Common.
