orig synopsis: "Double clicking jar file doesn't work when directory has space in it's name"

Double clicking an executable jar doesn't work when one of
the directories has space in it's name:

example:
C:\MY APP\MYAPP.JAR

MYAPP.JAR doesn't run when double clicking

but if you rename the dir to: C:\MYAPP\MYAPP.JAR
Double clicking works.
