As of JDK 1.2.2 - When a JTree is sitting in a JScrollPane, and is in an expansion state
so that all of the tree contents are entirely visible within the JScrollPane, hitting
PageDown moves the 'location' (bounds) of the JTree down - exposing gray area
      above the first item.

      1) Run the SwingSet example.
      2) Go to the JTree tab.
      3) Hit the PageDown key.
