Build : 'P'
OS : Sol2.7 only 2.6..ok.
app : appletviewer.

Strange behavior. When dragging the Appletviewer offscreen (ie. off desktop) when reaching the screen's edge. Appletviewer momentarily will stop moving off screen all the while the mouse continues to drag.

1. Launch Appletviewer.
2. drag it to the right of the screen.

- what you should notice is the appletviewer will stop as soon as it hits the desktop borders all the while the mouse continues to move. Then after a certain amount of time the appletviewer will catch up with the mouse.

NOTE: fails in 1.2fcs however not as pronounced as in Build 'P'
