Using VRTS vmsa (standalone), 3.0.1 with solaris7_b7 in 64 and 32 bit modes. Open command launcher window, without clicking only pointing, the icon
of the mouse pointer can change from an arrow to finger to resize icon simply by
pointing it to varoius locations within the window. If pointing to right side resize or scroll button the resize icon appears...the resize icon should only appear when pointing to any corner of the window.
If pointing to either grid resize bar (either vertical or horizontal) and attempting to drag to resize either the window will blink "blank" uncontrollably.
