can't uninstall Plug-in, installshield hangs

      using Kestrel Build C

      I tried removing Plug-in on Win32, but installshield hangs.
      It does not remove the Plug-in files/dirs.
      But I can manually just remove Plug-in/JRE.

      I can use the task manager to stop/kill the installshield.

      This bug is happening on WinNT, but not on 95 and 98.
