Windows frames should close when you double click on the
frame's icon (upper-left), just like Motif.

1) Run SwingSet in WindowNT, Windows LnF.
2) Select 'Internal Frame' tab.
3) Make a new Internal Frame.
4) Double click on the internal frame's icon.
     The frame should close but it doesn't. If you repeat using
Motif LnF, the frame closes as it should. If you double click
on the exteranl (or native) windows frame's icon the winodow
closes as it should.
