When we try to run the I18n MessageFormat test on Netscape4.51 crashes and pops up Dr.Watson windows.This happens only with Hotspot Vm only.

Configuration:
WindowsNT, Netscape4.51, Hotspot1.0 FCS and jre1.2.2 rc build.

How to reporduce :

* Install the jre1.2.2 rc build and also the Hotspot on the WindowsNT machine.

* Then, load the following URL on Netscape4.51
 http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/doc/proc/i18n/JPI_i18n.html

* Run one by one I18n tests, When try to run the MessageFormat test Netscape4.51
  crashes by poping up a Dr. Watson Window.
