No footer in JTable, should be like JTableHeader

      There is no way to define a footer (for totals for example)
      in JTable, that would be similar to JTableHeader, and
      would not scroll with table records.
      Although one can add a panel with fields under the table,
      there is way to make it appear above a horizontal scrollbar,
      making the appearance of such footer
      not intuitive to the user.

      The acceptable solution would be the ability to add another
      (or N) JTableHeaders
      and define a fixed row location for them (such as -1 for the
      header, as it is done already)
