These say
Cp1046 IBM Open Edition US EBCDIC
Codepage 1046 is Arabic (Arabic PC CDRA definition), not EBCDIC (which
is Cp1047). Cp1047 is not currently supported by Sun's implementations,
although IBM have asked for it to be, and have supplied the appropriate
converters.
The description of Cp1046 needs to be changed in these tables.
