        We've discovered an RMI/IIOP bug in exception unmarshaling
        (it might also be present in JavaIDL in JDK1.2):
        When the exception org.omg.CORBA.TRANSACTION_REQUIRED
        is unmarshaled, the repository-id to exception classname
        mapping table doesnt have the entry for TRANSACTION_REQUIRED,
        so an UNKNOWN exception is thrown.

        The suggested fix is already in place.
