applet : traffic {any app will do}

Anything needing repaint can cause this lock/crash. Any applet/app needing repaint after being obscured will lock/crash.

Steps to repo:
1. launch an applet: traffic.html
   {/net/sqesvr/export/disk1/java2ed/Testing/applets11/traffic}
2. As long as you have "content while dragging" on drag over the applet few times.

Related bug: 4236456 Build 'G' seemed to have exacerbated the problem. This bug is probably a dup...
