Community Edition. This version of Java Workshop uses Swing for
its GUI and, therefore, uses the Swing FileChooser.

Also, some consideration should be taken to avoid errors when removable disk
devices is present in the system. I have a ZIP drive connected to the IDE
controller, and the Java openfile dialog complains each time it is invoked
if there is no disk present in the drive.
