writing bug for Teresa Tison

The cookies tests are not working on Kestrel build I.
Used to work in earlier builds.

To reproduce:
1. go to this url
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/plugin1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_cookie.html
2. go to the demo applet for the cookie test
3. click on login
4. it will display the cookie value
5. select the demo applet again
6. an applet should come up and compare the value in step #4

the value should be same
but for build I, it's null.

no messages on the java console.
