Being that it's a legal ease being absolute is critical. Here are few things that do not make sense:
1. The first paragraph of the license states to use "ACCEPT"/"DECLINE" when it's actually "YES"/"NO"

Matter of the fact, the entire first paragraph is misleading. It reads like a label that's read on a package to be opened and not _in_ an installation procedure where you've _already_ opened.
