JDWP spec: arrayID field type is used both for array types and objects

      In the JDWP spec, arrayID is described as applying to Array types, but within the protocol description it both array types and objects are described as being fields with type "arrayID". Objects must be distinguished from types because it is possible for the size of a reference type id to be different from the size of an object id.
