      Where reasonable internal JDI threads should avoid exiting on unexpected JDI exceptions. Programming oversights can have crippling effects when they cause JDI threads to exit. The only recovery is to disconnect and reconnect to the target VM. One known example of this problem today can be seen in bug 4252005.
