The border width for the individual spreadsheet cells grows wide when
the horizontal scroll bar is used. To reproduce the problem compile the
attached testcase files with JDK 1.1.8. Then load the TestClass class
with java. The vertical scrollbar functions normally and should not
cause any changes in the cell borders. When you use the horizontal
scrollbar, you should notice the cell borders growing in size. This
problem only occurs on Solaris. It does not occur on Win32 and it
does not occur with JDK 1.2.
